Exciting happenings

This month I got Cricut classes started up at Hello Maker. There was one on May 6 to make your own tote bag and one coming up in June (date had to change and we're still working on it) to create your own mug. I am super excited to help people create something for themselves and have some fun while making them!

I've been looking into doing craft shows again, just have to find some and get the feelers out there. Some of the shows have waitlists and we just have to hear back from others.

We got to go away for a weekend thanks to an awesome friend letting us use her cottage. It was great! We got to go hiking, try a new brewery, sit outside in the sun, have dinner on a patio and hang out at the beach watching the sunset.

I have been working on getting my Shopify filled up and trying to add a listing for custom items. It hasn’t been as easy as I would like it to be but I will get it figured out.

Projects and up on the blog

I am working on making a leather coin holder on a keychain to hold your grocery cart quarter.

New materials

Necklace pendants - the plan is to use these with UV resin and make some cute necklaces with floral pieces inside.

I did have beer glass cups but they came in broken so I need to replace them and hopefully will be able to get some done. We ordered replacements so I can start working away on them.

Books

“The Last Templar” by Raymond Khoury - Such a great book definitely worth reading.

“Where the Crawdads Sing” by Delia Owens - Read this book as soon as can.

“The President’s Daughter” by James Patterson and Bill Clinton - I couldn’t put it down.

“State of Terror” by Louise Penny and Hillary Clinton

"Cut Flower Garden" from Floret Farms - Has been great for learning more about flowers and floral arranging.

Music

Been back on a Mitchell Tenpenny kick lately with other country artists mixed in!

If you have any questions or comments pop them in the box below I would love to hear from you!
